How It Works

The constant displacement pump acts as a dispenser for fluid. A pressure pipeline as well as a return pipeline that allows that fluid flow to go back forward between both pumps is arranged in between two pumps. The flow of fluid between the pumps is a closed hydraulic circuit. The second pump is attached to the primary pump. It serves as an oil (oil) source for hydraulic circuits. The input shaft is what drives the piston pump cylinder radial to move when the piston enters and leaves the cylinder and the hydraulic oil gets delivered into the hydraulic motor for the radial piston via the shaft of distribution.

  • Replace or rebuild all drive components: drive balls, drive cones, retaining rings, keypads, preload springs, clutch rollers, seals, and oil.
  • Replace any bearings if necessary.
  • Cleaned and repainted.
  • 6 months warranty on all parts and labor.

If any other parts are damaged or worn the cost of this item will be added to the cost of the basic repair.

The oil then returns directly back to the pump. There is a set of eccentric rings that restrict the movement of pistons inside the motor and pump. The location of the ring that is eccentric in the pumps is controlled via an adjusting pin. This alters the flow of the pump into the motor. Since the eccentric ring inside the motor remains fixed and its speed for the motor is directly proportional to the flow that is received through the pump. The eccentric ring of the pump can be moved with the flow of water toward either direction of the central location. When a force load applies to the shaft that is output the pressure that is equal to the torque is generated within the circuit closed. Through controlling the hydraulic circuit that is connected to this shaft at the outlet, the speed at which it outputs is adjustable.
